Attorney General Eric Holder reaffirms President Obama’s campaign promise to end the raids of medical marijuana dispensaries in California, calling it now “American policy”.

    Thank You Mr President for keeping your word. Though not yet legal in illinois, this is one less unnecessary hardship in those already suffering, their care givers and growers. thank you Mr Holder for not turning this into a battle. Lucie Macfarlane.

    Thank you and President Obama for keeping your words on stopping the raids on medical marihuana. I voted for him basec on this promise and I congratulate you for keeping this political promise.
    I’m a 66 year old patient who suffers from seizures, headaches, a bad back, and insomnia.
    It would be wonderful if ALL those in prison for simple position were pardoned released.

    Did he actually use the words “no more DEA raids” or was he merely affirming the policy posistion previously expressed by Obama, which have not yet been esteablished into policy through the ranks of the DEA?

    Now if you could assure individual patients that they won’t be put on a list and further persecuted when, say, another repressive administration gets into power, it would make it right for all of us suffering and afraid to get the card.

    UPDATE THE NEWS IS SAYING THE BAN HAS BEEN LIFTED ??? WHAT BOUT PAST ISSUES ??? I LOST MY AMERICAN DREAM 10 ACRE PLACE PLUS THE FACT I CANT FIND REGULAR WORK BECAUSE OF PISS TESTING AND FELONIES FOR CULTIVATION …………..IVE HAD TO LIVE SECOND CLASS LIFE BECAUSE OF IT ……… GOVERNMENT OWES ME BIG TIME !!!!!
