I am a 52 year old women, with no criminal record. I have received two traffic tickets in my life. On the morning of Oct. 26, 2007, while I amd my housemates were sleeping, we were raided by our county and the feds. We had legal scripts for our plants, we had done everything we were told to do to be in compliance. We had just harvested two plants and had the remaining plants to go. They law come in with guns, and stole everything we had been growing, and all that had been processed. They left without arressting us. One month later the sheriff came and arrested us. We are still in court today, they sent my case to the grand jury and they turned it down, it is looking more and more like my case will be dropped, it wasn't that strong in the first polace or they would have arrested us on the day of the raid. This one case has cost the county over 50k, because the raid alone cost that, plus it has cost me a lot of money and the experience of getting my mug shot on the front cover of our local newspaper. I am a law abiding citizen with a birth defect. I was born with part of my spine missing. This whole system of making those already suffering to suffer even more is inhumane, oh but then that is the definitiion of governament anyway, isn't it?

I am a 56 year old veteran who recently broke his back during an accident which occurred on the job. I also am a cigarette smoker of over 40 years. I suffer from acid reflux, asthma and cronic degenerative arthritis. To say the least I have no appetite, am short of breath, weak and crippled. Not to mention living with this constant pain on a fixed income. Why is it that all our government leaders cannot see the benefit they and their constituents (including MPP supporters like myself) could receive if medicinal or limited marijuana use was legalized, governed, properly taxed and made available.
The amount of money saved in our court systems, police expenses and other miscellaneous state and federal resources poorly administered would deminish. The local, state and federal coffers would explode with the legetimate revenue generated and eliminate the need to place all our social illes upon the backs of the common cigarette smoker. It's just not fair is it? I currently take a barage of dangerous prescription drugs which if I were allowed to replace with marijuana, which does provide great relieve, increases my appetite, reduces the pain allowing me to be more mobile I would do it in a heartbeat. Hey, let's get our heads out of our asses and get real, this is the 21st century afterall. Thank you.

How are we as a country going to get up to date in the medical field if the Government continues with its "War on Drugs" targeting the marijuana issues. The disease we are fighting is CANCER. It was found by research that it battles cancers.

The war is a peaceful one by the people, we are trying to peacfully resolve the war with the People of God versus the United States Government and local state, county, and city governments.

Why do they continue to ignore the response of the American People?

It is the duty of every free American to end this violation of Gods law and the law of this nation.

Specifically, the law that govern the use and aquisition of cannabis sativa, and herb declared by scientist, that bears seed. Now I would refer you to the scriptures reguarding the origins and uses by man; Genesis chapter 1 verses 29 and 30:

29 And God said, Behold, I have given you everyherb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in the which is the fruit of a tree yeilding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

This is God's LAW and man has violated that law by incarcerating and killing people for using an herb that God made and placed in the Garden of Eden to help mankind get along and live long lives.
Cannabis sativa was developed by God.

Who is so blind that they cannot see the results of taking an intricate part of our DNA. There are THC receptors built into our systems, and when you take that natural process out you shorten the life.

Look at what you learn from scientists.

Now is the time to make reparation to these people that have been violated by the Law.

Repentance proceedures, as set forth in the Bible are expected by the People of God, to the U.S. Government for this clear violation.

The Laws governing cannabis sativa were done so by perjurious information, citing specifically the lies made popular by the movie "Reefer Madness" produced and developed the U.S. Government. The Leguardia report stated the real scientific results and yet the information being sent to mainstream America were complete lies.

And now we see the results of the U.S. Government trying to keep the one thing that supresses violent tendancies of mankind.

The results are a scourge upon the earth that we know as CANCER. What will stop it is simple. My words are simple.

Legalize Marijuana NOW or the scourge will be tenfold, Thus Saith The Lord.

Now is our time to make the reparations necessary for humanity to enjoy the real freedom that one has in life if their diet is in direct relation to what we learn in the Scriptures from God.

Those who oppose on this issue oppose also God, I'm merely a messenger.

Forward to 3 friends and President Obama

I have read the some of the comments that people are sharing about this video and I am appalled. I have read that someone wants to legalize Marijuana and tax the living crap out of it. Why tax a great thing? should not the federal government decriminalize it instead? if the federal government decriminalized marijuana and formed no way of taxing it, wouldn't that be a beautiful way of giving rights back to the people? why condone the pork barrel spending of the federal government by providing it a new wave of taxation. I am also appalled, by the way, THIS VIDEO did not support the agenda of Dr. Ron Paul who has, if you look at the way he has voted in congress for years, been in favor of the American People.

Well i did my part and voted. For what, I'm really not sure. This is America, Home of the Free, My Ass. I guess i voted for more lies and broken promises. As i stood on the corner holding my OBAMA sign, I was trick in to thinking i was doing a good thing. Supporting a person who i thought cared more for the people then big goverment. A person who would stand up for our rights and help those in need. We have no say in these bail-outs, we have no say in our own state laws even if the people vote it. It's time to bail out own.

Marijuana and Morphine, the same!?!?! Not at all. Morphine is a serious drug that you can easily overdose, causes nausea and other disturbing side effects....mary jane causes NO SIDE EFFECTS!!!! He's a dork and he's going to be our next president.... we're screwed. it's hopeless.

Over the past 60 yrs numerous medical and scientific groups have released proof positive information showing that Marijuana is COMPLETELY NON TOXIC. These reports also go on to state that there is more benefit to smoking and/or ingesting marijuana, then there is harm. The only harm of marijuana has nothing to do with the substance. It's the law that is most dangerous to your life.

Marijuana is listed as a narcotic. Unfortunately for the dunce who came up with that lie, if a drug is non-toxic, how can it be a drug. Let's ban crayons because children eat them all the time and let's falsely claim that crayons are harmful to children. It's just as much bullturd as the current laws.

Is anyone even aware of where the marijuana laws originated? If not too bad for you, because the truth was on THE HISTORY CHANNEL not too long ago. The truth is that back in 1953, one senator who was a sick racist, was trying to find a way to circumvent the constitution to kick out all the Mexicans that we coming into SoCal. He focused on the huge amount of marijuana that was coming into the country with them. He created all sorts of propaganda flicks to make marijuana look liek the all time worst drug ever. Needless to say his campaign got hung up on a snag and that snag was Fiorello LaGuardia, Mayor of NYC at the time. He proposed that he would support this petition against Marijuana only after a select panel of scientists and doctors that he selected, would perform a 6 month study of the "drug". Any smoker can tell you the results of the test - ZERO! The tests proved nothing to substantiate the petition against it, at which point LaGuardia refused to offer support. Well loop-hole finders find hole in the law and the petition got past LaGuardia at his dismay.

Since the the law was once lifted. But again reinstated in the 60's by Nixon, a lying, cheating, scammer WHO GOT EMPEACHED, only to distract the peoples attention from the other endless war, The Vietnam flub. He cast blame on the hippies as the scourge of the planet, ironically because these days it's the hippies and their open minded way of thinking that has provided us with some of the best and most useful products.

So a cheating scam artist, lying prick made the law and the idiot lawmakers today continue to support it, thus inherently continueing to SUPPORT THE IDEALS OF A CHEATING, LYING, SCAMMER WHO WAS KISK OUT OF THE GOV FOR BEING A DICKHOLE!!!!!

Funny how people who never smoked set the laws for everyone else. Too bad the drug-czar doesn't face the truth that over 65% of American smoke for recreation, whether legal or not. Too bad the dumbass is obviously no mathemetician, being so deluded to omit the fact that there is more to be gained by liberating marijuana both in patriotic support for the gov and in taxation dollars. Pot can cure our deficit, not just recreationally, but AH HA...industrially. Paper from the stacks, food items form the seeds, fuel from the oil, there is so much industrial benefit that we are losing out on as a people and as a country.

The simple stupid asses in our society scream that legalization will result in the collapse of the nation. See what and how far reaching, false propaganda is, and how harmful it is to society as a whole, more so than the drug is to the individual?

And lastly, let's talk about "A Drug Free America". Who got the nuts to prohibit Alcohol again? Hmmm? Bottomline is, legalization of alcohol was the same scenario. Did the country kill itse;f drinking when prohibition was lifted. On the contrary. The country experienced a huge criminalization of otherwise non-criminal people. They drank, the made the stuff, the sold it and all while illegal. So did the law stop it? No. It just made regular people into criminals, all because they wanted their buzz after a hard days work. Reality is that humans inherently need a buzz. Most people have self control and use alcohol in moderation and to safe levels. But IT IS STILL A DEADLY DRUG. A DRUG!!! YES ALCOHOL IS A DRUG!!! THE WORST ONE AND IT'S LEGAL!!!! WTF!!! Legal does not make it safe. Marijuana on the other hand is totally non toxic. There is no possibility of overdosing. Smoking to much leads to an immediate build up of tolerance and after 6 hours of smoking continuously, you will go straight. It will no longer have an effect on you. Drink alcohol for 2, just 2 hours continuously and you could DIE!!!!

Too bad my post and the truth and the History channel show "Hooked" will never get the attention that the liars and cheaters in our gov will get. Too bad that the truth will continue to be suppressed by idiots that have no experience and no clue. To bad the world is run by the self-righteous not the truly righteous. To bad for America that we are a living contradiction. And we wonder why the world hates us? I don't. It's pretty clear that logic and honesty ARE NOT the motivations of politicians. Racism, control, and societal stifling are the clear objectives. WHy, I don't know, because all these things only make people disgruntled citizens, with no outlet for their stress. Getting high on life can only do so much for you. Soemtimes, and naturally so, we need to have a buzz other than on life. Besides, life encompasses every aspect of living and doing a drug whether it be alcohol or pot, is a normal part of living. Pot was here long before the laws and the world went on just fine smoking and drinking.

Lost words are what this post is. Lost in the great lie, the mass delusions, the perpetuation of self-righteous opinion chosen over logical and scientific proof!!! Too bad it's not illegal to be an asshole and too bad that because of that, so many assholes are telling you and I how it is and what to do, when these boneheads couldn't crawl out of a paper bag, even if you gave them a flashlight, instructions and a sherpa.

Smoking to much leads to an immediate build up of tolerance and after 6 hours of smoking continuously, you will go straight. It will no longer have an effect on you. Drink alcohol for 2, just 2 hours continuously and you could DIE!!!!

Too bad my post and the truth and the History channel show “Hooked” will never get the attention that the liars and cheaters in our gov will get. Too bad that the truth will continue to be suppressed by idiots that have no experience and no clue. To bad the world is run by the self-righteous not the truly righteous. To bad for America that we are a living contradiction. And we wonder why the world hates us? I don’t. It’s pretty clear that logic and honesty ARE NOT the motivations of politicians. Racism, control, and societal stifling are the clear objectives. WHy, I don’t know, because all these things only make people disgruntled citizens, with no outlet for their stress.

Too bad it’s not illegal to be an asshole and too bad that because of that, so many assholes are telling you and I how it is and what to do, when these boneheads couldn’t crawl out of a paper bag, even if you gave them a flashlight, instructions and a sherpa.

I have found this page and this info to be very helpful in regards to who to vote for in local elections. Of course this is not a one issue election but this issue is very important to many so I thought I'd share it.
Peace to all,
